CyberHawkz Intelligence Services LLP is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, the third parties with whom it may be shared, the security measures we apply, and the rights you have over your data.
This Privacy Policy was last updated on June 6, 2025. We may update this policy from time to time, and where we do, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of CyberHawkz after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Information Collection & Use
- The information we collect about visitors to our website includes the visitor's name and email address, and their professional information such as organization and job role. CyberHawkz, acting as a Data Controller, stores the following private data: user's email address, name, organization, job role and IP address.
- If you create an account in CyberHawkz, we will ask you for a valid email address. The email address will be used as your username in the service. You also have the option to provide additional information, including your real name and professional details. We need your personal information to create your account and to provide the services you request.
- Your personal information is shown on your profile page, which is only accessible by you. We use your email address to identify you on CyberHawkz and to communicate with you (newsletters, notifications). You can unsubscribe from those messages at any time.
- We use AWS SES and SendGrid to send email messages to our users. The full list of vendors with whom we share your personal information is included in this privacy policy.
- We may require you to provide your email address while (i) signing up to CyberHawkz and (ii) downloading reports or other resources from the website. You acknowledge and agree that we may use that email address to communicate with you, including by sending newsletters, notifications and marketing emails. You will always have the option to unsubscribe and opt out of receiving such emails at any time.
- We do not store any credit card information. For payment processing we use an external service: Chargebee.
- The aim of CyberHawkz's activity is not collecting, selling or lending information to others. We collect this information to better understand how our website visitors use CyberHawkz, and to monitor and protect the security of the website. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information with third parties for their commercial purposes.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as social security numbers, genetic data, health information, or religious information. We may share your personal information with your permission with the third parties mentioned in this privacy policy, so we can perform services you have requested.
- We do not host advertising on CyberHawkz. We may occasionally embed content from third-party sites, such as YouTube, and that content may include ads. While we try to minimize the number of ads our embedded content contains, we cannot always control what third parties show.
Children's Privacy
- CyberHawkz is not intended for access or use by, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, do not access, use or provide any information on our website, including completing the online registration process, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use.
- If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 years of age, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13 years of age, please contact us at [email protected].
Registration & Accounts
- To create an account in CyberHawkz, we will ask you for a valid email address. Such information is necessary to use the service in a proper way. CyberHawkz does not store any personal information, including your email, in our own servers; instead we use AWS Cognito to manage our user information.
- The email address and name you enter will be shared with AWS Cognito, Chargebee, SendGrid, Mixpanel and Mailchimp so as to support our operations. CyberHawkz offers two ways to create an account: using email and password, or using Google sign-in.
- When you choose Google sign-in, we will request you to grant access to the following information that is non-sensitive in nature: the email registered with Google, and public profile information that includes your given name, nick name and family name.
- Once you register, you also have the option to give us more information in your profile settings, and this may include personal information. Personal information is any information about one of our users which could, alone or together with other information, personally identify him or her. Information such as a password, an email address, or a real name are examples of personal information.
- This information is only available for you, and our third-party affiliates such as AWS Cognito, Chargebee, SendGrid, Mailchimp and Mixpanel so as to facilitate certain functionalities. We need your personal information, specifically your email address, to send you password reset forms, billing information, and other messages such as product updates and newsletters.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. CyberHawkz does not knowingly collect information from, or direct any of our content specifically to, persons under 13. If we learn or have reason to suspect that you are a user who is under the age of 13, we will have to close your account.
- The assurance of privacy, safety and integrity of the entrusted data of our clients is one of the most important goals of CyberHawkz. In regard to that, CyberHawkz is not going to sell, lend or trade contractual data as well as the data of registered accounts. We limit our use of your personal information to the purposes listed in this Privacy Statement. If we need to use it for other purposes, we will ask your permission first.

- We may share user personal information with a limited number of third-party vendors who process it on our behalf to provide or improve our service, and who have agreed to privacy restrictions similar to our own Privacy Statement. Our vendors perform services such as payment processing (Chargebee) and other similar services.
- All services either fully comply with GDPR regulations or are to implement it shortly.
